Ingredients: Colorful bell peppers, cut off the top and hollow them out Extra firm tofu Green onions Salt Pepper Garlic powder Eggs
Preparation Instructions: Mash the tofu (one packet/package) with two eggs, about half a teaspoon (or to taste) of salt, pepper to taste, and garlic powder to taste. Cut up the green onions into tiny bits and mix in with the tofu (again, to taste--I like green onions so I would put a lot of it). At the end of this step you should have something that's not too flowy, but if it's too dry you can add an egg.
